Subscriptions, Cancellations and Refunds
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription charges work for Flustle. By subscribing to any paid Flustle plan, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Free version
Flustle may offer a free version or free access to certain features. No payment is required for the free version, so no refund applies unless a paid subscription has been purchased separately.
2. Paid subscriptions
Flustle may offer paid subscriptions that provide access to additional features, tools, benefits, limits, or services. When you subscribe, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and plan terms shown at the time of purchase.
3. No refund policy
All subscription payments made to Flustle are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, we do not provide refunds, whether:
- You change your mind
- You no longer wish to use the service
- You forget to cancel before renewal
- You do not use the subscription during the billing period
- You delete your account after subscribing
- You downgrade after a payment has already been taken
4. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period unless stated otherwise on your plan.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only. It does not entitle you to a full or partial refund for the current billing period.
5. Automatic renewals
Where applicable, paid subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the applicable recurring fee using your selected payment method.
6. Failed payments and suspension
If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or cannot be processed, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to cancel or restrict subscriptions affected by failed or suspicious payments.
7. Exceptional cases
As a general rule, Flustle does not provide refunds. However, we reserve the right to review exceptional cases at our sole discretion where required by law or where we choose to do so voluntarily. Any exception does not create an obligation to issue future refunds in similar situations.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to Flustle services while the matter is under review.
9. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of Flustle after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
